What is From MOME?
From MOME is a small-group, hosted creative session for children, designed to give parents time to work, relax or recharge — while staying onsite at MOME.
It’s not drop-off childcare. Parents remain in the building at all times.
Do I stay at MOME during the session?
Yes. Parents or carers must remain onsite and reachable throughout the session.
You’re welcome to work, have a coffee, relax or take a moment — while your child is engaged with our team.
What age groups do you offer?
We run two age-specific sessions:
– 9 months to 2 years
– 2 to 4 years
Children are grouped by age to ensure activities are appropriate and engaging.
What are your staff ratios?
We keep our groups intentionally small:
– 9 months–2 years: maximum 3 children per facilitator (1:3)
– 2–4 years: maximum 5 children per facilitator (1:5)
This allows us to give each child attention within a calm environment.
What do the children do during the session?
Sessions include a mix of:
– Creative play (art, painting, messy play)
– Sensory exploration
– Music, movement and storytelling
– Free play across our spaces
Activities take place across the Studio, Sensory Room, Den and soft play areas.
Is the venue open to other customers during sessions?
Yes — MOME remains open during From MOME sessions.
However, your child’s session is a dedicated, hosted experience led by our team within the space.
Can I check in on my child?
Absolutely. You can check in at any time.
We encourage a relaxed and gradual experience — especially for first-time sessions.

How much does it cost?
From MOME is currently offered as a pilot PAYG session at £35 for 2.5 hours.
Spaces are limited.
Can I leave the premises?
No — this is not a drop-off service.
Parents must remain onsite at all times.

No. From MOME is a hosted creative session within a parent-supervised environment.
