Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. All classes, soft play sessions, memberships, and parties must be booked in advance via our website. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but we recommend booking ahead to avoid disappointment.
What ages is MOME for?
MOME is designed for children aged 0–4 years.
Weekday classes are primarily focused on 0–2 years, while weekend classes are open to 0–4 years.
How long are sessions?
*Classes: 45 minutes
*Complimentary soft play: 45 minutes included with every class
*Soft play-only sessions: Run according to the time selected at booking
Who runs the classes?
Our classes are delivered by trusted creative partners we work with to offer a more immersive, theatrical experience. All facilitators are fully DBS-checked, insured, and experienced in working with young children.
Why do timings matter at MOME?
To ensure every family enjoys the best possible experience, all MOME sessions run to a schedule.
Please note:
*Entry is permitted from your booked start time only
*We’re unable to accommodate arrivals 30–45 minutes early
*We kindly ask families to vacate the space promptly at the end of their session
The time between sessions is essential for our team to clean and reset the space, prepare materials, restock the café, and ensure everything is ready for the next families.
Ordering food or drinks does not extend your session time. These short reset windows allow us to maintain a safe, calm, and high-quality experience for every booking.
If you’d like more time at MOME, we recommend booking an additional session or speaking to our team about membership options.
Do classes have a different theme every week?
Classes follow structured creative formats. Themes may vary depending on the programme and partner, but they do not necessarily change every week.
What is the membership notice period?
All memberships run on a rolling basis with a minimum two-month notice period.
Cancellations must be submitted at least two months before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.
Can I pause my membership?
Memberships cannot be paused. This helps us keep availability and pricing fair for all families.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Do parents need to supervise children?
What should we wear?
Can we bring our own food or drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted for adults or children, including coffee or takeaway drinks from other cafés.
As a working café, all food and drinks are provided by us to help manage allergens, maintain hygiene standards, and support the space.
What about baby food?
Baby food is absolutely fine. You’re welcome to bring bottles, formula, breast milk, purées, and age-appropriate baby food.
Do you allow birthday celebrations or small gatherings?
Yes — we welcome small gatherings and birthday celebrations, but they must be discussed and approved with our team in advance.
We offer a range of party packages to suit different budgets and group sizes. Guests may not purchase standard tickets and take over tables or play areas without prior agreement, as this disrupts regular sessions and the guest experience.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations for classes and soft play must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Can I take photos during my visit?
Yes — you’re welcome to take photos of your own children. Please be mindful of other families and avoid photographing children outside your group.
What is your behaviour policy?
We ask all families to treat each other and our team with kindness and respect. MOME reserves the right to refuse entry or end a session if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.
