What is MOME?
MOME is a design-led creative space for families with young children. It combines soft play, creative classes, sensory experiences and a café — all designed to feel calm, elevated and genuinely enjoyable for both children and parents.
Not quite. Soft play is part of the experience, but MOME is built around creative play, structured sessions and moments designed for real family life.
We recommend booking in advance as sessions are capacity-controlled. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows.
Our space is designed primarily for children aged 0–4. Some sessions may extend slightly beyond this depending on the activity.
Soft play runs in timed sessions (typically 90 minutes). Your booking gives you access to the space during that time.
Yes — MOME is a parent-led environment, so children must be supervised at all times unless in a clearly stated hosted session.
You’re still welcome to join, but your session will end at the original time.

We manage capacity carefully to keep the experience enjoyable. Some sessions are quieter than others — weekdays tend to be calmer than weekends.

Yes — most classes include access to soft play either before or after the session. This will be stated when booking.

That’s completely fine. Our sessions are flexible and designed to allow children to explore at their own pace.

*Classes: 45 minutes

*Complimentary soft play: 45 minutes included with every class

*Soft play-only sessions: Run according to the time selected at booking

Our classes are delivered by trusted creative partners we work with to offer a more immersive, theatrical experience. All facilitators are fully DBS-checked, insured, and experienced in working with young children.

To ensure every family enjoys the best possible experience, all MOME sessions run to a schedule.

Please note:

*Entry is permitted from your booked start time only

*We’re unable to accommodate arrivals 30–45 minutes early

*We kindly ask families to vacate the space promptly at the end of their session

The time between sessions is essential for our team to clean and reset the space, prepare materials, restock the café, and ensure everything is ready for the next families.

Ordering food or drinks does not extend your session time. These short reset windows allow us to maintain a safe, calm, and high-quality experience for every booking.

If you’d like more time at MOME, we recommend booking an additional session or speaking to our team about membership options.

Classes follow structured creative formats. Themes may vary depending on the programme and partner, but they do not necessarily change every week.

All memberships run on a rolling basis with a minimum two-month notice period.

Cancellations must be submitted at least two months before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.

Memberships cannot be paused. This helps us keep availability and pricing fair for all families.

Yes — you can upgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we’ll credit the remaining time toward your new membership.
Yes. MOME is a parent-led play space. Children must be supervised by their accompanying adult at all times.
Comfortable clothing is best. Socks are required for both children and adults in the soft play areas.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted for adults or children, including coffee or takeaway drinks from other cafés.

As a working café, all food and drinks are provided by us to help manage allergens, maintain hygiene standards, and support the space.

Baby food is absolutely fine. You’re welcome to bring bottles, formula, breast milk, purées, and age-appropriate baby food.

Yes — we welcome small gatherings and birthday celebrations, but they must be discussed and approved with our team in advance.

We offer a range of party packages to suit different budgets and group sizes. Guests may not purchase standard tickets and take over tables or play areas without prior agreement, as this disrupts regular sessions and the guest experience.

Cancellations for classes and soft play must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Yes — you’re welcome to take photos of your own children. Please be mindful of other families and avoid photographing children outside your group.

We ask all families to treat each other and our team with kindness and respect. MOME reserves the right to refuse entry or end a session if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.
