Mome London, operated by Mome Group, provides creative play facilities, classes, and café services for children in a family-friendly environment. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our facilities, bookings, and interactions with our business. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. General Use of the Facility

1.1. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. 1.2. Children must be accompanied by an adult while using the facility. 1.3. All users must adhere to the facility’s rules, which are displayed at the premises. 1.4. We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask individuals to leave for safety or behavioral concerns.

  1. Creative Play Area Rules

2.1 Only children aged 6 months to 6 years are allowed to play in the creative play area. Children will be charged to enter. 2.2 Each play session is restricted to 90 minutes. We will play a tidy up song 5 mins prior to the leaving time. 2.3 We may accept “Walk-ins” however please contact us beforehand to avoid disappointment. 2.4 Latecomers, either pre-booked or “Walk-ins”, will not receive additional time. 2.5 We retain the right to charge (or the equivalent cost for the damaged items) if damage or soil is caused by your child. 2.6 If due to special circumstances outside of our control, the play slot must stop before the allotted time or venue is being evacuated, we will not hold any responsibility for the reschedule or cancellation.

  1. Creative Classes

3.1 Creative classes are designed for children aged 6 months to 5 years with parent participation. 3.2 Classes are 45 minutes in duration and limited to 10 children per session. 3.3 Classes focus on sensory play, early STEAM learning, and parent-child bonding using eco-friendly materials. 3.4 Class pricing is per session. 3.5 Parents must remain with their children throughout the entire class. 3.6 Class materials and activities are age-appropriate and designed for developmental benefits.

  1. Membership Bundles

4.1 Membership packages offer discounted rates for regular users and include various benefits. 4.2 Membership terms and benefits are outlined in separate membership agreements. 4.3 Founding members receive 20% off for 6 months and priority booking privileges. 4.4 Bundle packages such as the “Creative Explorer” combine multiple services at discounted rates. 4.5 Membership cancellation policies are subject to the specific membership agreement terms. 4.6 Loyalty rewards are available for repeat bookings through our booking system.

  1. Bookings and Payments

5.1. Bookings for play sessions, creative classes, parties, or events can be made online through our website or in person. 5.2. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. 5.3. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. 5.4. Cancellation and refund policies:

  • Creative Classes: non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours
  • Play Sessions:  no refunds for cancellations
  • Birthday Parties: 50% deposit required, non-refundable if canceled less than 14 days in advance
  • We cannot be held responsible for non-arrivals due to sickness, accident or traffic
  • Changes made at least 48 hours in advance may qualify for rescheduling depending on availability
  • If changes are made less than 48 hours before the event, you can release your ticket through our online booking system, and once your ticket is taken by another customer, you are eligible for rescheduling
  1. Health and Safety

6.1. Users must adhere to health and safety guidelines provided by Mome London staff. 6.2. We are not responsible for any injuries sustained due to failure to follow facility rules. 6.3. It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to inform staff of any allergies or medical conditions when booking or attending events. 6.4. We maintain high hygiene standards and follow strict safety protocols. 6.5. Children showing signs of illness will not be permitted entry.

  1. Food and Beverage Services

7.1. Our café serves organic, locally sourced, handmade healthy snacks for both children and adults. 7.2. We cater to various dietary requirements including allergies and dietary restrictions. 7.3. Please inform staff of any allergies when ordering food or beverages. 7.4. Outside food and drinks are not permitted unless for specific medical dietary requirements.

  1. Personal Data

8.1. Personal information is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. 8.2. Information collected may include names, contact details, and other details necessary for bookings and attendance. 8.3. Personal data may be used for:

  • Organizing events or sessions
  • Communication regarding bookings, news, and promotions
  • Ensuring safety and compliance with legal requirements 8.4. Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their data as per GDPR guidelines. 8.5. We may take photos/videos for marketing purposes with explicit parental consent.
  1. Liability

9.1. Mome London is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings while using our facilities. 9.2. We are not responsible for any injuries sustained during normal use of the facility unless caused by staff negligence.

  1. Behavioral Expectations

10.1. All visitors are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and adhere to the facility’s rules. 10.2. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the premises without a refund.

11.1. Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. 11.2. Continued use of our website signifies acceptance of our cookie policy.

  1. Changes to Terms

12.1. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Changes will be communicated through our website or email.

 

Membership Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or using any membership or package, you agree to the following terms:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Membership includes 1 child and 2 parents. Additional siblings can be added at 50% off per child on the same membership. Each child may book one session per day (either a class or soft play). Book up to 30 days in advance (14 days for non-members). Cancellations are free up to 2 hours before the session. Late cancellations and no-shows incur a £5 fee per session. More than 3 no-shows in one month may lead to a temporary suspension of booking privileges. Founding Members: Lifetime rate lock.


1. Membership Commitment & Payment

Memberships are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. Members are responsible for managing or cancelling their membership before renewal. Annual memberships must be paid in full and are non-refundable, unless services are unavailable for more than 14 consecutive days.


2. Cancellation Policy (Ongoing Membership)

Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time with 14 days’ written notice. Cancellations made mid-month remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.


3. Booking and Attendance

All sessions, including classes and soft play, require advance booking. Members may hold one active booking per day. If a session is full, you may join the waitlist and will be notified if a space becomes available. No-shows and late cancellations are subject to a £5 fee and may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges.


4. Rollover Credits (Tier: Creative Explorer)

A maximum of 2 unused credits can roll over to the next month. Rollover credits expire 30 days after the rollover date. Credits are non-transferable and have no monetary value.


5. Guest Passes (Tier: Unlimited Imagination)

Complimentary guest passes are available for children aged 6 months to 4 years. Passes must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.


6. Conduct and Safety

Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. We reserve the right to ask families to leave in cases of disruptive or unsafe behaviour. No food or drink is allowed in activity areas unless provided by MOME. All guests must follow staff instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.


7. Facility Closures

We may close the facility for deep cleaning, private events, or maintenance. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice will be given when possible. For extended closures, members may receive session extensions or partial refunds.


8. Photography & Marketing

MOME may capture photos or videos during sessions for marketing purposes. To opt out, please notify the front desk or email us in advance.


9. Changes to Membership Terms

MOME reserves the right to update membership pricing, benefits, or policies with 30 days’ notice.
